Everything happens inside SwiftQuote — no switching between apps.
Type what the client needs — or tap the microphone and speak it. "Replace burst geyser in Fourways, 150L, need new valves." SwiftQuote understands plain English and Afrikaans job descriptions.
Supports voice input (Web Speech API), paste from WhatsApp, or free-text. No dropdowns, no rigid forms.
Claude AI breaks the job into labour, materials and call-out — with SA market pricing baked in. Geyser brands, cable grades, NVR specs, cleaning rates by m². All correct for your province.
Pricing is calibrated to current SA trade rates. Material cost factors and labour rates are editable in Settings so the AI learns your margins.
See the full breakdown — line items, VAT (15%), and total — before it leaves your hands. Edit any line, change quantities, or regenerate with a tap.
All amounts stored in cents for precision. VAT calculated automatically. Quotes include your business details, logo and payment terms.
Hit "Send via WhatsApp" and your client gets a clean, professional quote — formatted for mobile, with your branding. Or download a PDF for email.
WhatsApp links open wa.me with the quote pre-formatted. No app to install. Clients can approve with a single tap on the shareable approval link.
Once approved, a job is created automatically. Track time on-site, log actual material costs, and issue a VAT-compliant invoice the moment the work is complete.
Time tracker runs in the background. Invoices pull directly from job data — no re-entering figures. Export to CSV for your accountant.
SwiftQuote isn't a generic calculator. It's built specifically for South African trades.
Pricing is adjusted for Gauteng, Western Cape, KZN and all other provinces. Labour rates, call-out fees and municipal SSEG costs differ by region — SwiftQuote knows the difference.
Six trade categories, each with calibrated material cost factors: plumbing, electrical, solar PV, security, cleaning, and general. Rates you set in Settings override the defaults.
Set your labour rates, material mark-up and minimum call-out fee in Settings. The AI applies them every time. You set it once — the AI enforces it on every quote.
Every quote and invoice meets SARS requirements: VAT number, business registration, itemised VAT column, and correct 15% calculation — ready for an audit.
Professional. Itemised. Ready to approve.

Very. The AI is trained on SA trade pricing and calibrated to current market rates per province. Your Settings let you override labour rates and material mark-up so every quote reflects your actual margins. Most users find the default estimates accurate within 5–10%.
Every quote is fully editable before you send it. Change any line item, update quantities, delete lines, or regenerate the whole thing. Nothing leaves your account until you tap Send.
Yes. If you're not VAT-registered, you can disable VAT in Settings. Quotes and invoices will exclude VAT and display your standard pricing without the 15% addition.
You tap the mic icon, speak your job description, and the browser transcribes it locally using the Web Speech API. Your audio is never sent to any server — only the final text transcript is stored.
Clients receive a shareable approval link. One tap marks the quote as approved and converts it to a job in your dashboard. No signature pad required.
SwiftQuote is mobile-first and installs as a PWA. You can add it to your home screen and use it offline. Built for the job site, not just the office.
