Two pay buttons appear on the client's quote

When your client opens the quote link on WhatsApp, they see two buttons: "Pay 50% Deposit" and "Pay Full Amount". Tapping either opens your Paystack page with the correct amount pre-filled.

Money goes straight to your Paystack account

SwiftQuote AI is never in the payment flow. We don't hold funds, don't charge a cut, and don't see your transactions. It's your Paystack account — we just surface the link.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I need a Paystack account?

Yes — you need a Paystack account and a payment page to use this feature. Sign up free at paystack.com. If you don't have one, skip this step during onboarding. Everything else in SwiftQuote AI works without it.

What if I don't add a Paystack link?

The payment buttons simply won't appear on your client's quote page. Your quoting, invoicing, and WhatsApp delivery all work exactly the same.

Can I add or change the link later?

Yes. Go to Settings → Business Profile → Paystack Payment Link. Update it any time — it applies to all future quotes immediately.

Does SwiftQuote AI see when a payment goes through?

No. Payments are processed directly through Paystack. SwiftQuote AI has no visibility into your Paystack transactions. You mark a job as paid manually after you see the Paystack notification.
